The Rev. Jon M. White came to St. Luke’s in May of 2017. Since July of 2022, Fr Jon has also been serving as the Rector of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Syracuse. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he has lived all over the U.S. and the world. Father Jon is married to Nikki and they have two children. Prior to entering the priesthood, he was a Process Engineer at a large silicon manufacturing company. Fr. Jon is a veteran of the US Navy and Coast Guard Reserve. He is a graduate of Portland State University and has a Masters of Divinity from Bexley Hall Episcopal Seminary. Prior to coming to Central New York he served as Rector at St Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Beckley, WV.
